Terrific customer service, quick and efficient, Tyler is a super nice guy, you can’t go wrong.  Most of all, the tree looks spectacular, and I didn’t have to carry it five blocks!

I love my tree from Tyler's Trees!  I ordered a 7 foot Frasier Fur, which was delivered right on time to my apartment yesterday.  It's ACTUALLY 7 feet tall, perfectly shaped, and beautiful.  The two guys who delivered it were very awesome dudes.  My boyfriend and I later regretted not inviting them to our Christmas Tree decorating party that night.

After moving from NY, I found out the little boy I babysat was going to be without a Christmas Tree for the first time (his parents were both laid off in September)- I tried to figure out a way to get a tree to his house (an hour north of the city) without having to fly up there myself and deliver it.  There were no places close to where he lived that delivered, or installed a tree.  But, I stumbled upon Tyler's Trees NYC's website - and sent an email - curious if they would deliver THAT far away, how much would it cost, etc.  Everything sounded so reasonable, and he was able to deliver it the very next day. The beautiful tree was delivered, and installed, all before Matt got home from school, he was the happiest boy while he and his family decorated it.  I can't thank you guys enough..you made my little buddy's Christmas.

Last thing I want to do on a cold winter day is drag a tree half way across town.  These guys were fantastic...brought a gorgeous tree...set it up with the stand, tree skirt and even lights.  For the first time in years my hands didn't get all covered in sap.  Super nice guys, totally on top of it.
